All members of staff at the Midel group had a two day intensive training workshop on Capacity building. The training was designed to build the service delivery capacity of all employees by enhancing their work performance in 2016 and beyond.
The workshop was carried out by Bee Better Consulting and the focus was on customers service, which was well received by all employees.
