We’re pleased to say that today ( the 27th of July 2021 ) we had our annual fire training and drill.
SAGIF VENTURES NIGERIA LTD educated all members of staff of the Midel Group with a 2 hr intensive training on topics such as proper fire safety, how to use fire extinguisher effectively, emergency first aid ,how to perform CPR ( Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) and security and safety measures at the work place.
The training was followed by a Fire drill were the Midel Center fire alarm was sounded ( unexpectedly by our residents) which prompted all to evacuate the building swiftly and assemble at the designated muster point.
We’re especially proud of our fire marshals who saw that all residents were safely led out of the building and calmed down all fears and anxiety.
Our residents were then given a brief summary of the training held earlier before they returned to the offices.
All in all, it was a huge success and we’re so happy that everyone participated , learned and was reminded about fire safety.
